Ever After
Every pup deserves a fairytale. A family friendly nonprofit fundraising event bringing together families, pet lovers, local businesses, community organizations and their four legged companions.
What the day will be
An upscale Puppy Prom atmosphere combined with family friendly activities, local vendors, pet centered experiences and community engagement. Planned for approximately 150 to 200 attendees, subject to the final venue’s approved capacity. Registered dogs attend with their owners under the venue’s animal and leash policies.

Activities built for the youngest guests in the family.

Music, special moments, and dog hydration and comfort stations throughout.
Where the money goes
Proceeds from Pawsh Ever After support Strive High Academy’s community mission, including Love Lives On, our grief support program for children who have lost a parent. Donations also help cover the event’s permits, insurance, safety equipment, activities and supplies.

Benefits may be customized based on the final venue, event layout and sponsorship commitment. In kind contributions may be credited at an agreed fair value when appropriate.

In kind partnerships
We welcome donated or discounted services and products, including tents, tables and chairs, printing, photography, event decor, bottled water, dog supplies, awards, sanitation services, entertainment and other event needs. In kind partners may receive recognition based on the value and usefulness of the contribution.
Why sponsor
Sponsors connect their brand with a distinctive local event while helping Strive High Academy reduce event costs and direct more fundraising proceeds toward its community mission. Opportunities include logo placement, social recognition, event signage, vendor space, announcements and exclusive naming rights for selected experiences.
Booth categories and fees
We welcome pet boutiques, groomers, trainers, photographers, makers, rescues, community organizations and food vendors. Vendor participation is subject to final event approval and all applicable local requirements.

What every vendor is responsible for
Planned schedule
Payment and cancellation
Vendor space is not confirmed until the application is approved and payment is received. Vendor fees are not refundable unless Pawsh Ever After is cancelled by Strive High Academy or the Town of Summerville. If severe weather or another circumstance outside the organizer’s control affects the event, the organizer will communicate any rescheduling or credit options available. Vendors may not transfer or resell their space without written approval.
Alcohol service
Alcohol service is not available as a vendor category. Any approved alcohol service for Pawsh Ever After will be handled separately by the event’s designated sponsor or provider and is not part of general vendor registration.

Final capacity, sponsor fulfillment details and applicable Town of Summerville park requirements will be confirmed as planning progresses.
